Bank Holiday
Our wedding is taking place on Sunday October 26th. October 27th is a bank holiday in the Republic of Ireland, but it isn't in Northern Ireland. We chose this date on purpose because it means most of you will have a 3-day weekend, but also hotels in the North shouldn't have inflated prices.
We hope this will help more of you in being able to join us.
Clocks Changing
Please note that the clocks change on the day of our wedding! We'd love if everyone was on time, but we don't want to have you waiting around for over an hour early because you forgot to change the clock in your car.
Dress code
Wear whatever you're comfortable in—there's no dress code! If you'd like to coordinate with our wedding colours, think autumnal shades of brown, orange, and green, but feel no pressure to do so.
Dietary requirements
If you need to inform us about any dietary requirements, you can email us at aislingandmark2025@gmail.com
If we haven't confirmed within a week that we have received your email, please follow up to confirm we've noted it.
Children
We'll be celebrating with an adults-only gathering, so please leave little ones at home.
Plus ones
We haven't listed anyone on our invites as '+1'. We have invited everyone by name. If the person you were coming with cannot make it and you wished to bring someone who wasn't named instead, please contact one of us directly.
Dogs
You know we would love to have all your pets at our wedding. Unfortunately, the venue doesn't allow that. Please arrange for pet care at home.
RSVP Date
Please RSVP by March 1st. If you're unsure by then, send us an email at aislingandmark2025@gmail.com with an estimate of when you'll know for sure.
Gifts
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you'd still like to give something, a contribution toward a deposit on our first home together would mean the world to us.
